TERMS OF SERVICE
Be commissioning me, Enoz Art, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
GENERAL TERMS
• Do not use my art for NFTs or anything AI related. Do not put my art into any AI systems/programs.• Commissions are for personnal use only.• Please credit me if you are to post or use your commission anywhere ! Support is always appreciated :)• I do not accept deadlines.• I do not draw mecha, furries, complex backgrounds and nsfw.• I won't copy any artist's art style.
PAYMENT
• I only accept PayPal as payment.• FULL payment upfront.• Failure to pay within one week will result in your commission being forfeited. If you run into any issues, talk to me !
PROCESS
• Contact me on Instagram. I will reach out to you as soon as possible.
You can check my Trello for commission updates.• Give clear anc accurate visual references. Be as detailed as you can. The more detailed your are, the better I understand you demand !
I will not be held responsible for not including anything you did not requested.• After receiving the payment, I'll work on the sketch and send it to you.• You may suggest two or three small tweaks to the sketch for free. Anything changes after the limit will be charged extra.
One you approve the sketch, it is final. No major changes will be accepted after the sketch has been approved.• You have up to three minor edits (such as colors, certains tiny details...).
Any edits due to the artist's mistake will be made for free.• One the piece is finished, I'll send it to you by mail ! :)• A commission can take between 1 week and 1 month to finish.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I retain the rights to use the images for my own purposes, such as portfolios, social network, etc.• You may to claim authorship of the artwork itself.• Please do not alter/edit the illustration without my consent.
REFUND / CANCELLATION
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to unforseen circumstances. If your commission has been cancelled, but you have already paid for it, a full refund will follow, regardless of how much progress has been made on the piece.• You may not change or cancel an order, and there will be no refund once I've started working on it.
